Wind direction/overspeed

Recently bought and started using FsP, t'is brilliant! This might have been asked before so sorry if that's the case, but the only trouble Im
having at the moment is getting penalty points for brief spells of overspeed caused by a sudden shift in wind direction direction during
cruise...I'll be happily cruising along at 35,000 say at .80m and the wind will change and temporarily I'll go overspeed for say 1-3
seconds, and then when I land I'm informed of the inevitable penalty points hehe. But I cant think of a quick fix to avoid this...any ideas?

most would say to buy FSuipc , with this program you can prevent sudden wind shifts.
or to keep it cheap : fly slower don't push the plane to the max cruising speed

Hehe could do, but doing either of those will hamper the realism of it all I think I'll just ignore it every time I get -600 points for
being "overspeed" lol

Actually, FSUIPC makes the situation much more realistic. The overspeed problem is caused by unrealistic changes in wind speed & direction. This is
an FS problem, not an FSP problem. Paying for a registered copy of FSUIPC will clear up this problem, and provides a lot of other features. You are
allowed to upgrade FSUIPC essentially "for life" after buying it, as upgrades with new features are released.
