Fleet bonus calculations

I am wondering how the fleet bonus is actually calculated.
1.) I know for a fact that the flight distance would affect the bonus, but does the flight's number of passenger also affect it?
2.) Does a bigger aircraft affect the bonus? For example, if all variables (active aircraft, pax, flight distance, weather, etc) are the same, but I
have a C172 in my fleet versus a 744 in my fleet (i.e.: different range and number of pax), would the bonus still be the same?

I'm wondering that,too, considering that with 30 aircraft in my fleet, I was able to generate almost $70 million with the B777 from HKJK to
DNAA. Of course I failed to mention that the aircraft got pulverized from small arms fire and anti aircraft guns. At any rate, it pays to have a
large # of aircraft in your fleet and fly into war zones...but not too often
