reverse thrust

Stupid question, but how do you turn off reverse thrust? In my last 2 FSPWT flights, I've turned off the reverse thrust (or so I thought) well
before 60 kts, but still have incurred a penalty.

Sorry if this is all over the forums, but I couldn't find anything useful with the search.

I don't know if you've tried this, but I just push throttle up then down dead fast so throttles are at idle.
