Dilema. What should I do ?

Bit of a dilemma. I know there is a world tour going on but I started my own long before joining this forum so have continued with it
anyway and now I’m ready for my final leg from Wick to Birmingham (including low pass over my house to annoy the neighbors on my
way in)
(especially the one at number 4)
The dilemma comes as to whether I should continue flying with this pilot and mess up the map or if it would be nice to save the pilot and
map for posterity and create a brand new pilot to use from here on. What do you think, what would you lot do ?

I would "retire" that pilot for posterity, create a new pilot and do it again with the same company. Or...I would create a new company with
enough cash to transfer that pilot into it and keep the old company for poserity (I think you would still have the map for the first company,
somebody better confirm that one before you do it.)

How many hours have you put into your world tour? Just curious.

Total:- 332 hours 22 minutes so far.

Longest :- Japan – Eareckson (top right on the map) 8 :40

Shortest :- Nagoya – Komatsu 0 :41

Best :- Bird strike and shot to bits in Iran. 2430 points

Worst :- errr.......


Incident Report:

For some reason a cabin door was opened during flight and experts agree this is one of the dumbest things one can do. There was an
exceptional pilot on board and despite the dire situation he was able to land the aircraft safely.

Overall Flight Result: Horrible

Pilot Bonus points: 80 points
• You made a very nice landing. (+50)
• You landed at the scheduled airport. (+30)

Pilot's Penalty points: -1750 points
• You made a serious pilot error that resulted in a critical problem. (-800)
• You had a serious failure aboard and you forgot to call a mayday. (-350)
• Forgetting to close a door before take-off is not a good idea. (-600)

Nice map with routes all over it; congrats on your world tour. Did you use just one plane, or switch off? I have one of my pilots doing a world tour
too, in a Pilatus PC-12.

As long as you can avoid the "C23" problem, you could probably keep your current pilot. But then there is the map . . .

Personally, I'd probably start with another pilot for another tour, but that's my opinion.
