Turbulence during landing

I tried to search if anyone else had this problem, but as usual i´m to lazy to really search orderly.

Anyway, sometimes when you decent to your destination and your about to put the seatbelt sign ON and you have a bit of turbulence the
flight attendant makes the call "due to turbulence, the captain have put the seatbelt sign ON, please fasten your seatbelt." <-- or
something like that. What I really wanted is; I´m about to land, please fasten your seatbelt and please make sure your seat is lifted to
a......ect.

Is this why I need to download another voicepack which I have not done yet, or is it something else?

No, you don't need to download a voicepack for this specific issue. I wouldn't worry about this particular occurrence, its just coincidence that it
happened. Typically, the voicepaks add different languages for different crew nationalities, etc.

Well poden, it´s not just a occurrence, it happens all the time if it´s bad weather..... When do you usually put the seatbelt sign on when
descending? just below 10000ft or 7000ft? I put in ON differently because every airport has it own inflight schedule. I mean
sometimes you need to go at 5000ft for 10 mins before yo hit the glidescope ect

You could conceivably replace the "due to turbulence" .wav file with the one that simply says just to buckle. I don't think there's a specific
voicepak fix for that, so you'd have to work out which file to replace. If you replace the file, it does mean he co-pilot will never mention
turbulence in connection with the belt sign, but that would be OK. This is the first time I've heard someone had a problem with this feature though.
