New VA along with Teamspeak

Which in game server is the VA flying from? Top Gun? Elite Flyers? Or? I joined a VA about 2 months ago and made several flights but
never could export the flights to their server...they couldn't get their business together. Also, my experience flying online hasn't been all
that great because too many Kamakazies get on the server with their fighters, chase you down and split your aircraft in half by diving
through the airplane! Bottom line, I quit that VA....mostly because of their instability, and secondly due to idiots who are hell bent on
destroying other aircraft.

I wouldn't mind flying online with a VA, but is there really any way of reducing the # of wayward kids who love creating havoc online?
