PMDG doors

Hello

I am trying to use Fsp and my PMDG 747-400 but for some reason when I open the door on PMDG it doesnt make the passengers
embrak the plane and also doesnt say that message in red with green background, main doors opening. So does anyone know what I
need to do next? I have unistalled and reinstalled without it resolving and also been changing the commands and trying them all with out
any success.
