I'm proud to announce CMG corporation, A great company recently created in FS world. It is a result of a merge between Cyber Air Blue and MG Airways

We are currently running an airline using such realism never seen before, using software like FsPassengers, FSnavigator 4.7, gates.to FSNET, LAGO FSE,
Active Sky 6, PMDG 737NG and PMDG 747-400 and many more.
The company isnt an official VA, it does not have a website yet, although we are working on it, and it does not have services like ACARS or such but
the is a simple system based on communication like Yahoo messenger that allows members to communicate and share files.
With few tools and lots of imagination we can simulate complete airline envionment from office to cockpit.

I spent special attention to range of missions. The two companies mentioned above were completely different. While CAB was flying jetliners, MGA was
flying small bush planes.
Now with CMG we got two divisions so that airliner pilots can enjoy the dream of sitting in either left or right seat of a jet and bush pilots can
receive assignments and required files without sitting hours in front of the pc thinking on what to do and then annyed get in the other room and watch
some tv instead.

The basic rule behind the future success of this company is realism and practice. It was clear since beginning than starting an airline that has got
both airliners and bush planes was impossible unless already present were several members. A jetliner as small as the CRJ needs two pilots to fly.
Total members currently are two, me and a friend, and we are not online all of the time so this is not achievable.
I designed a simple system using AI to achieve the level of realism necessary. I put AI pilots doing the everyday schedules with currently three
737-600 based in Ontario, CA. They can be seen when offiline as AI traffic. they do the hard work bringing the virtual income in.
They are those ones that stay on the ground provide support as a virtual base, a virtual hub. Lots of imagination and simple tools used.

When you get into it you will receive files such as rwy12 and AFCAD sceneries, freeware aircraft files and textures and if you have them payware
textures and updated aircraft.cfg to reflect customisation of the company. Then you we will need to define wether you are a airliner pilot or a bush
pilot and what level of professionality and experiece you have. The more the better and if you like to learn new things then it is like getting into a
virtual flying school while you do the stuff you like to do.

You get files and procedures to set up your virtual office and why not? your virtual life and career. You will have your virtual bag with your logs
and licences inside to bring with you. You will leave your house on a Monday and take a plane for either Apple Valley (MG division) or Ontario, CA
(CAB division). Then you will load up last available flight so that u get the most accurate and realistic situation with the plane set up to fly.



following services are available for you ejoyment:

- compelte realism using fsPassengers as ambience (passengers, announcements, kneeboards, rating)
- enhancement of experience using simple tools and imagination (a pilot life is not limited to the flying part, it does include the office and other
stuff, cup of coffee and holidays included)
- realistic feel of syncronization. You fly a 737 reg as N956CA and when u arrive at gate someone else gets in and fly the same plane to somewhere
else, reflecting real world. This way if you arrive late or have any failure you have to take it into account for next user of the plane.
- Customisation of the airplanes not only limited to textures but also to performance. It is possible to buy additions to airplanes and parts to
customise bush planes and also it is possible to simulate how real airlines make contracts with parts makers like RR or PW or GE buying virtual
contracts and editing .cfg files to reflect changes. Just like a contract with GE engines will make our planes take up those variants.
- Realistic aircraft feel. Still using .cfg files editing you will able to simulate eninge and other parts wear. Reflecting how we carry out
maintanace the planes will progressively be lowered on performance simulating an engine getting old for example. On every maintanance and check-up
that performance will be raised but not fully restored to simualte engine and other parts life.
This applies to bush planes also and in a big part. When flying one of our Baron or another aircraft of your choice you will need to think on your
airplane on your own, getting maintance, operating in economy and safety.
- The ability to carry out many jobs from simply a pilot to a complete executive environment, having to fly on Learjets and Agusta 109s aaround the
world and designing new stuff, editing other and so on. But also you can do admin, relashionships and whatever you wonder.

Many other small features are available. Finally you will get a complete package and feel no more alone in the sky.

Good luck with it, but question for you.

You state that if someone flies to a destination, then someone else takes over using the same plane. in regards to this, if it is say, a
PMDG 737-800 and someone doesnt have this payware addon would they be allowed to use, a freeware version of a similar plane, i.e
Posky 737-800?

Sure. All he needs to do is ask to me the required aircraft.cfg file and dynamics, textures etc...

As i said basic package is freeware, then u if you have payware it is better. If you dont you can use any freeware u like as long as it has got same
characteristic of the original plane like registration, performance, payload etc...!
