FSX CTD and afterwards FSpassngerx.dll error

Hello All,

Just before the forum migrated i made a thread concerning my issue. When flying captain sim 757 and fsp in FSX the game CTD'd on me. when restartign FSX i now get an error message: (image uploader doesn't work) it says soemthing liek fsx has detected issue with fspassnegers/bin/fspassengers.dll
and i you want ot continue. if yes, fsx doesn't start up. if i click no no FSP.
i tried running as admin, no succes. i 've reinstalled fsp 3 times because after this ctd i can't use it anymore (see above 2 options) and getting a bit frustrated so i hope somebody has any idea what this could be.
