Hi, Im 17 and have mild hearing loss. Everything below 1500 Hz (the low frequencies) i have 40 Decibles of hearing loss. I suffered from
Sudden Sensory Hearing Loss after i went scuba diving. This also led my eustachion tubes to completely close and my ear drum to scab
(disgusting), ive had steroid injections into my ear and tht fixed the problem but i just have trouble hearing. So I was wondering if i would
be able to have my private pilots licence with a hearing aid? Ive been wanting to fly for long as i can remember. Please let me know.
(This is intended for Pilots, Flight Surgeons, or FAA employees)
I can think of nothing more boring for the American people than to have to sit in their living rooms for a whole half hour looking at my face
on their television screens.
