FPS killers or worth trying?

Simflyer airports have been repackaged. The first volume is:Los Angeles, New York JFK, Chicago O'Hare, Atlanta, Houston George Bush and Orlando. I
haven´t bought any Simflyer aiport, but herad they are trrible on FPS. Is this true for the aformentioned airports? 3Euros/4 Dollars per airport

The only one I ever tried was Atlanta. And yes: it was a FPS killer.

Can be a bit hard on FPS

dont get them. its better to get cloud9 klax and if anything you can get the kmco also. As far as the katl its alot on frames. im using it now
only because it was one of my home town but other than that. they suck. i just landed at KJFK i have a very good computer and my frames
was about 3

oh also i must add. I dont like the night lighting at all for simflyers airports. I wish there was a way to change them

These guys are pretty good....I have KSEA,KSFO,KSAN,KMDW.....And I love them all.......They all get along pretty good with the frame rates...

are you speaking of manhattan? i dont have alot of problems with that

I got this package, I am trying my best to "tweak" them using the setting tool to make them flyable... Last time before I did any major changes I had
around 5 fps on finals with realistic weather, everything maxed out, except AI at 75%. I have done some changes now and gonna go back in.

The best addon Airports I got are Japanese Airports Volume 1-6, they look good and have VERY VERY VERY little hit on the framrate compared to many
other sceneries.

Anyways, gonna jump back in now and see if my changes made a difference worth mentioning.

I did my best to get it flyable, and I did... After removing all the items from the "display tool" So all I got was the ground textures, no buildings
and no nothing. Even now it still was 5-10 fps lower than the default airport (KLAX, fair weather everything maxed and AI at 70% using Ultimate Traffic).

I just uninstalled it and put it on the spot of "buys I will never speak of again" next to my Wilco Pub PIC 320...

I read on the Simflyers forum that the scenery in that package was actually "Old stuff regurgitated." I took that to mean that it was the
FS2002 models.

Many people reported poor frame rates with their stuff, however, I suspect that was due to the level of detail. Apparently, this new
package comes with a "configurator" to remove and add components as you see fit for your system. How it works I haven't a clue.

At any rate, I'm waiting for them to come out with KMSP. I'll definately get that and probably get PHX with it, so if anyone wants a report in
the future, hit me up.
