What?!?! It was first slated to RTM two years ago... In November they said Beta 2 this month... Then Feburary... Now June! I'm assuming there will

Glad to hear that they are planning to put in moving vehicles,especially baggage carts and fuel trucks but I'm surprised to see that they are planning
to put in wild animals as well...that'll be a site. I hope they stick with the plans.

Just what I was thinking - I want decent real ATC, good terrain fly into and weather to help me do it.

Currently, I'm flying with Radar cOntact 4 and won't go back to MSATC for IFR flying........

Like Brad, I'm glad to see the wild animals added. I know the forums like this one are teaming with discussion about the need for accurate models of
wild animals and the add on market for wild animal autogen is booming. :-) Almost never see discussion of ATC or weather though. strange...

Default ATC works fine for me. Never had any misconveniences of getting ordered to an altitude to smack into a mountain or another plane with 100% GA
and Airline traffic.Always gives me headings to where I am pretty close to being in line of runway on approach. I just hope the voices are more
realistic.

I wasn't old enough to be a geek back with Win95.

They need a good ATC with stuff like STARS and SIDS and that works well with Airways. They also need FMCs in the aircraft. And they need to re-do
the 737-400.

What everyone needs to remember is FS(insert#here) out of the box is like the foundation for which simming enthusiasts build upon
whether freeware or payware.

Im sure it will be better than FS9, have just as many bugs as previous simulator releases, and more than likely will require vista to run it
properly, which is fine by me.

Computers and games/simulators are technology and as such advance further requiring updated components. We cant just sit around
and think that our updated/outdated computers will run all future programs

Bring it on, like most people have said out-of-the-box it'll be sadly lacking but give it a year.

What's that to mean? That FSX can't be released before Vista ist? So where did you get that from?

Just because there is some marketing blurb about Vista comapitbility in that articel doesn't mean FSX won't run on XP (of COURSE it will, those guys
at MS might not always be the brightest bulb on the string but they wouldn't be THAT stupid), so why shouldn't it be released before Vista is?

What are those great "gaming enhancements" in Vista meant to be anyway? Besides DirectX 10 I mean?
