Fsx Fuel Request

I have a question and because nobody has asked it before on the internet or whatever (thanks to Google) When I request Fuel it says that I am number
in the row. After some time I see a fuel wagon coming and it stops behind me. But now my question why doesn’t it fuel up? Or isn’t it supposed to
fuel? Is it just for the show?

Are you using the default aircraft?
Because if you do you the fuel truck should pull up alondside your aircraft and the fuel menu should appear.
I'am not sure about third party aircraft.

it should work with any aircraft. i have a problem where it stops when it gets close to my plane.
