Why do people always remain asking for updates?

It has been asked like THOUSANDS of times and THOUSANDS of times you got the same answer:

Dan is working on it.

Just wait until there will be an update and then we will see if it is for FS9 or FSX.

of course, I know that Dan is working on, well... a compatibility update for FSX or a new release with new User interface, features and so
on? Not sure about that.

Just a quick update about the plans and progress would be nice. Not that I expect something like this:
