500 Internal server error with va script

Hello,

Just want to check and see if anyone has encountered this problem and if there is a solution for it! <---DUH! (just noticed it )

I have setup the Va script and have myself completed and submited 17 flights. Several people including myself are in the process of setting up a new
virtual airline based on FS Passengers. The problem is that my flights are submitted with no problems but the two other people are having difficulty
submitting theirs. In more detail, they seem to be able to connect to the website but receive a 500 internal server error when they attempt to submit
a flight. The config_va files are correct as I've personally tested them using both other people's identities and I was able to submit. Here's an
example of the error they receive:

Attempt To connect to website...Connection etablished - OK.

Please create two new airline companies: Test 1 and Test 2 *

Test 1 and HAV Test2 must be typed in exactly the way you see them here.

TES532-B737/CPT. William selected

1 total flight, 1 flights marked as not exported. Ready to export...

-Exporting of 1 Flights started:
-Error, unable to export flight number 1 ->Error - The site replied "500 Internal Server Error"

1 flights could not be exported.

Can anyone help?
