PMG 747 Payload/Fuel Issue

I downloaded the payload model for the PMG 747-400 and need to find out the proper fuel procedure. Should I load the fuel via the PMG
drop down menu within FS9 and then place all of the sliders to the left in the FsP fuel load section?? I'm kind of confused about the
directions the author of the payload model gave, so please forgive my ignorance on the subject of payload models.
I tried to do a FsP flight last night with the PMG 747 and kept getting the stick shaker sound while climbing through FL 250 on my way to
FL330. Although the aircraft was no where near the stall speed, the aircraft would not climb any higher than FL290. Yes, I did fuel the
aircraft via the FsP fuel loader, so this may have been the problem. I tried the same flight but without doing it through FsP and had no
problems whatsoever, so obviously I'm doing something wrong when loading a flight through FsP.
Anyone's input on this will be greatly appreciated

These are my procedures with the PMDG 747-400:

- I have disabled the position calculation in the FSP payload editor.
- Fuel loaded only by the PMDG drop down menu (I dont change the FSP fuel sliders at all)

Regarding your question with the FL:
Check your FMC (I think it is on the VNAV page) there you can see your optimum and maximum altitude with your current weight.
If the 747 is heavily loaded she wont climb over FL300 (or even less) at the beginning of the flight.

Ahh, I haven't thought about the payload editor at all. If I disable the position calculation, how do I obtain ZFW,CG%,etc?

On the FMC, I did check the VNAV page when the problem began while climbing through FL250. It showed max altitude as 340, so
apparently I had way too much fuel and needed to burn off the fuel before going any higher.

Once I get this payload stuff figured out, I'll be a happy 747 flyer Thanks for your input!

From the payload editor:

7-Disable Position Calculation
Usually when you start the payload loader FSP empty the aircraft and try to find the CG. This is done very quickly, it seem this may
cause some problems with aircraft were the CG center is way off when the aircraft is empty. This checkbox will forbid FsP to do
such calculation the "zero CG" position will be taken from the plane as noted in the aircraft.cfg.

so you will still obtain your ZFW and CG as usual.

At the beginning of a flight I could never reach the max. altitude, only the opt. altitude.
