FSX FS PassengerX Ctl+Shft+V won't let mouse commands function outside the game

Gents,

I'm a sim pilot not a programmer so I reaaly appreciate any help you can give me! I'm running Win 7X64. FSX Gold. I just bought FS Passengers but ended up with a glitch I couldn't fix:
When the game was installed it worked great. I didn't notice any problems. I was able to use the Ctl+Shft+V Command to activate the minipanel or deactivate to use my FSUIPC coded
joystick command buttons. So, I believe the command worked correctly. However, while in the game when I went to AirNav for example to find an IAP or on the internet or to any website
or document as soon as I clicked into the window or document it would continuously paste the letter "V" like a stuck keyboard letter.. Nothing I tried would stop that. It would only stop
when I closed FSX. Then the copy/paste and all Mouse commands would work normally.

So I uninstalled it but I was forced to still have to use the Ctl+Shft+V command to get FSUIPC joystick functions to work again! And as soon as I went outside the game in progress to the
internet or a document it would continually paste in "V" again.

I've read thru the forum & internet searches. I have used pre FS Passenger installed DLL & EXE XML files but no luck. I referenced the install install log below and I double checked the
DLL & cfg files were removed so where is the command "Ctl+Shft+V" hiding!?!.

I really enjoy using the program but I have to have internet access & full use of the mouse "out of game" when I'm flying. Is there a way to do that?

make sure you DO NOT have any controls going through fsuipc as that causes problems with fsp and several other addons. Hope this helps
