How do I alter the price of Jet Fuel?

Hi Folks,

Basically as it says above, how do you change the current prices of the Jet Fuel you are buying?
I like to keep these things up to date as much as I can. Don't ask, just a personal thing !!! :-)
I notice you can change the exchange rates, which I keep up to date, but I have never in all these years found a way to change the Fuel Prices.

Simple instructions please.

It's built into to program line code. It can't be changed. If it could be changed then everyone would be buying gas at a penny a gallon.

Hadn't thought about it that way around, but wouldn't they just be cheating themselves? Ah well, I do agree it should be sealed though!
