Ok Ive just bought the lvld 763 for my company and my first flight i got I think 210 passengers but now I have 180 ALL THE TIME no matter what airport
I go to. I always have 180 passengers. I thought I seen a post somewhere about this but I couldnt find it.

You have to build up your reputation in a specific airbort or in a couple of them where you usually fly. Really a few passengers would fly with an
unknown company, just like in reality...

Also try dropping the ticket price or increasing the service level that should increase you passenger load.

you can try to adjust with payload manager..

My Reputation is at 99% My ticket prices are between low and normal and I fly in airports were I have taken off and landed over 5-10 times lol.
