Dreamwings ERJ170

1)Hi, I have the Embraer 170 from Dreamwings and it is a great model but when I start it up with FSPassengers, it says it's "default" and that the
aircraft has 80-160 passengers while the E170 can only hold up to 70.

2)Another problem is that I can't find the weight option that lets the weight of the aircraft always be at 99% so I won't have to pay attention to the
weight because on the dreamwings E170 when I use 45% fuel, 68 passengers and cargo, I get 170% of the aircraft full, how can I set it so it will be
automatic?

Please let me know how to fix both of those but if not please help me with one of them or if not at all, thank you for your efforts

You need a payload model for that plane. You need to review the information about payload models in the game help section, and in the information on this website. You can probably download a good payload model from this website, and customize it if needed.
