having more than 1 pilot

can the other pilot fly my next aircraft for the company or i have to do all the flying...what the point of having a next pilot??

You are the only one who can fly in your company; the other pilots are just there for show/ other uses.

There are some scenarios out there that won't let you build a new pilot if he dies otherwise there is no real point to having some no time
rookie tagging along behind begging to get you another cup of coffee. It gets boring let me tell ya.
