iFLY 737 NG

Whenever I fly with iFLY737 and fsp i face few problems. VNAV does not function as required. Aircraft does not fly at disired speeds.For
example,it takes more than one hour to covered a distance of just 200 nm. Even after TRIM adjustment the angel of the aircraft 10-15
degrees up while climbing and while cruising it is 7 to 8 degrees.This problem is even after i take proper care while loading the aircraft.
Aircraft flies normally when I dont load fsp.Please advise.

After you load your passengers what does your CG look like. It sounds like you may be aft heavy.
