When I click FSX it goes to the splash screen and hangs there

Please help!

Did it work before fine?

Yes It worked fine before

Very often its a corrupt dll or similar...FSX will then fiddle along for ages before finally the "..encountered an error with..." window pops up.
You may need to let it run for a while to find out which module is giving you problems and then either reinstall it or disable it.

Don't worry I upgraded to 64bit and now it works
