[SOLVED]FSP Problem

Hello. I'm new to that program. I downloaded the demo version and installed it succesfully. I purchased an aircraft and tried to start a flight. When
i press Load Passengers Immidietly, the FSP window closes and nothing happens. Is there any solution to this problem?

EDIT: Hotkeys also don't work.
EDIT #2: When i press Load Passengers Immidietly, it also doesn't display the speed menu. It just closes and returns to my plane.
