Problem with fspassengers.dll

Hi all,
when I try to run fs9 i get the error with fspassengers.dll.

While displaying the fs9 splash screen:
"Flight Simulator could not load any Aircraft or Software. You can use Flight Simulator, although this aircraft or software is deactivated. File: FsPassengers.dll"
When I press the OK-Button FS9 hang indefinitely...

I tried this solution but it does not work for me (http://www.fspassengers.com/forum/showth...p?tid=8160 )
I am running XP x64 with FS9.1
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Did you try a fresh new install of FsP?

Ofcourse, trashing all related folders, but problem persists...
I would like to use my FsP also for FS9!!!!!!!!
