FS Pax closes

What you are describing there doesn't sound like cancelling the flight. So, a few questions:
1) Has the problem always been there?
2) Does it occur in one direction only (if so, which way) or both?
3) Have you flown the route with any other aircraft other than the Airbus?

Hi all.
This problem occurs for me.
However I have experienced it flying north to south and vice versa (EGSH-LEMH-EGSH) Aircraft was QW757-200 flying at FL350 and FL360 respectively.
I have FSX SP2 and running REX 2.0. I also always increase the simulation rate to x16. The screen freezes for a second and the mini display vanishes,
I go to the menu and see the load flight options.
I re-installed FSP and it seemed to work for the first flight from EGCC to LCPH using time acceleration. but then i flew LEMH-EGSH again and the same
problem occured.
I have flown a short repostioning route from EGPF to ENGT using x4 acceleration and there were no problems.
The problem also occurs with other aircraft.
If this can be resolved it would be ideal as once FSP closes, I seem to have no desire to keep flying.

When exactly does the screen freeze and the mini display disappear?

Note that at time accels higher than x8, Flight sim has to reload all traffic, scenery and weather settings which could cause FSP to think that you've
either never started, or have finished.

The screen flickers during the cruise, not at a specific point on the map , usually around 10 minutes into the cruise (real time- using x16).Recently
had an information bubble pop up in windows saying the RAM was low on space... dont know if that would have anything to do with FSPX closing?

Flight sim relys heavily on RAM, and the more add-ons, higher complexity scenery settings and time accel will cause Flight sim to crash once all the
RAM has been used up, which will result in you needing to restart your computer.

Best advice: don't use time accel as that seems to be the number one cause of your issue.

If the problem occurs every time you do the flight at x16 acceleration, then I would say try a flight without using time acceleration and see if
problem occurs again. If it doesn't, then fly the exact same flight again, this time at x8 If the problem occurs.

This way you should be able to eliminate, or determine, wether or not the acceleration itself is the issue, and wether or not it's because
you have it set too high.
