Need some help Flaps blowing out

Got a situation here. FSP seems to be not complying with the flap setting in the aircraft.cfg. Anyone else have any
problem with this?
I am spending too much time testing a/c for FSP limits.

Can anyone fix me up with this,, straighten me out?

Did you tried the search function?
We had allready several threads about this.
Like this one for example:

The best thing is first to use the search function and the FAQ.
If you still after that don't find the right answer, post in a recent thread with the same subject about it the next time.
If there is not a recent thread about it then of course open a new one and please in the correct forum.
