The unlock key you sent me shows a message as: "invalid unlock key" when I try and enter it. I have gone through all the authorization steps in vista
and still no luck. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the product removing any stray files or folders and still no luck. I've send a couple of
emails on this already and still do not have a workable key code. So could you please send me a new one that works. I'm helping to run a small
business so I don't want to be real critical as I understand how busy folks can get but I'm somewhat mystified that it takes so long to get problems
like this resolved. I love the product but you really need to work on better response to your customers when they have issues.
