I think you should seriously reconsider marketing your product through the FlightSim Store. On May 31 I placed my order online with the
FlightSim Store using my Visa card. I received an order confirmation email, with an Order number and notification that my purchase
was 'pending'. I checked back every hour expecting the purchase to be approved that day. Normally my online purchases are approved in
a few minutes from any other Flight Sim online retailer. It is now June 5, 5 days later. My Order is still 'pending'. I have opened a ticket
and here is the reply I received:
Hello Steve,
Thank you for your email. Your order will be released and ready for download when your payment has been received in our bank account.
If there is anything else I can help you with please let me know.

I have followed up 2 more times emailing support with no response. I have checked with Visa and there are no holds on my card and I
have a nominal balance. I have used the card regularly throughout the week. There really is no explanation for the delay.
I would gladly repurchase the product with another retailer, but unfortunately you have chosen to market your product exclusively with the
FlightSim Store.
I appeal to you to assist in having my Order (Order 29440) finalized and released. Thank you.
