How do I get FSP X to work with PMDG -11 FSX

I use the FMC to open the doors on the MD 11 via the FS shortcuts , I have also tried to use the PMDG shortcuts to program the doors in
the drop down menu. It works fine the doors open but FSP X says passengers cannot board as doors are closed.

I then need to load the pax then immediately not very realistic. Is there any way around this?

The only work around i have found is to open the door with the FS shortcuts and at the same time use SHIFT +E. This will give you both the visual for
the open door and will allow FsPX to load the passengers. When loading is complete close the door using the MD-11 shortcut and FsPX should
automatically close the door (that never appeared to open). Hope this helps
