problem fsp

hi, I purchased FS PASSENGERS some months ago but I had to format my pc and reset the program. Reinserting old database after few
minutes playing the program ask me to buy fsp. I really don't know what to do 'cause it's happening for few times so far. How come?

When you bought it you recieved an unlock key. You will have to use this key again.

no, after takeoff appear the message "please buy fsp" and fsp one jams disappearing from the menu.
when i restar fs9 in the menu there isn't the fuction "unblock"
