How long until I get the code?

How long does it normally take to receive the code via e-mail? I put in two requests but so foar nothing. I provided( hopefully) you with the
same information I used at the time of purchased even the first four digits of my credit at that time.
Anyways, I'm only waiting for the code to start using FSP.

I usually don't reply lost code request during the week end (even I'm
working on FsP during the week end I'm not supposed to work 24/24 7/7)

Better delay would have been to write down the unlock code so you don't loose it

Given that you're an old customer (25 july 2005) I send the code right now
but please, write it down on a paper...
