Engine trouble after pushback

Last night I thought I would make a quick flight from Manchester to Rome, using the PMDG 737-800. I had the FMC loaded; passengers seated, and started
the pushback while I got the engines ready for start-up, which they did fine. After I disengaged the parking brake I applied a sufficient amount of
power to get the wheels rolling, but nothing happened. The engines made a lot of noise (as they do ) but it was barely moving. So I looked at the
display and noticed that the left engine was not showing normal operating figures. N1 and N2, oil pressure, temperature, vibrations were all lower
than the right engine, yet there was no audible sign of a problem. So I shut down both engines and fired them up again, but the left was still not
working as well as the right.
Eventually I got tired of trying to troubleshoot a dodgy engine and (tried) to return to the stand and offload. But I couldn't find an action to
cancel the FSP flight (without aborting). I guess I am not able to do anything since the flight hasn't taken off by then.
Has this ever happened to anyone else? Is it an FSP failure? And if it is, what do I do about it?

It is an FSP failure...I've never had it though but I think you should just set the parking brake and end the flight.

Thanks for the clarifaction.
It's a shame really, I've done around 40 flights and only had one failure (appart from this), and that was only a minor flap problem. A little
excitement mid-flight, instead of before getting off the ground, would of been entertaining.
Ah well, you know what might happen if you wish for something

I just bought a (very) used 767-300 for £43m, on my first trans-atlantic flight I hit the ground too hard landing at Logan... collapsed the front
undercarrage, would of caused £10m of damage and killed 60 people. How's that for excitement?

I'll admit, I wasn't taking it as seriously as I should of been (by not looking at the landing speeds), so I didn't save it. So here I go again,

The only failure I have ever had during a flight was that my gears would not retract after takeoff.

I actually have some question for pushback...

Normally, in real life...
Parking brakes are apply during engine startup after pushback...
But I receive a plenty for that...
I am force to have engine start during pushback...
Is there a way to fix this error?

Actually in real life you HAVE to release the parking brake, or the pushback truck cant push you back. You start the engine I think once the
push back is complete.

The penalty has been disable by the updated version of Fsp!

I normally start the first engine while on push back,, turn off the apu apply brakes once the pushback is over and start the second one...then taxi.

If not I just wait for the whole pushback sequence to end.

It is a "normal" FSP failure.
I had this one once in Bergen, Norway with my good ol' A330-200

Starting Engine 2 set it to normal parameters.
Starting Engine 1, it had less power and all.

So, I tried to start them again with the same result.

When starting only Engine 1 it worked fine, but as soon as I also started the Engine 2, Engine 1 got problems. So, I decided to not start his flight
and selected "End Flight" which gave me some very annoyed passengers, but 500 points for about 10 minutes of work!

I love this failure! :D
