I think the taxi speed limit penalty would be one of the things to keep us from using this though. And let's not forget the bumpy ride would
really shake things up.

Yep, should handle better then any aircraft on the ground... It would make for an interesting IFR flight:

"Greyhoud 132, you are clear to the KMIA airport as planed. Upon leaving the terminal, turn left on Pine and Right on Smith. Upon reaching I-95 South
ramp, you are cleared on route. Squack 6928. Contact ground on Chanel 9 when ready to taxi."
