changing key assignments (issue resolved)

Okay dont kill me for asking and dont say its in the FAQ ive looked within the search couldnt find anything. How do i change the key
assignments for serving drinks? Reason? because with flightdeck when i press ctr+shift+d its the volume for flightdeck companion. so
help me out guys...
