3 seats but only 2 passengers?

I started an VA and have about 15 flights done. I have only a Messerschmitt Me-108 Taifun it has 4 seat (one for the pilot), but this is not a problem.

The Problem is, when ever i start a flight FSP gives me the message: 2 passengers waiting at the gate 66,67% of your total space (or something).
How can I get more then 2 passengers in my plan????

Either keep flying out of the same airports and or lower your prices.

The more you fly out of the same airport the more satisfaction you get from pax.

If you always fly out of different airports, your airline is unknown to people 'buying tickets'

So what means "the more"? Five times ten times?

Lower prices? Noooooo i will not do that. becaus i started with the lowest budegt and on my 4th flight i forgot to set the landinglights on = 11.800€

So i flew and flew to get the money back and yesterday i got it again at 161.000 the money i had after buying my aircraft.
But FSP things it isn't good for me to have success so on my fight, that I did today, the flaps gone broken at the final for landing. Landed safely
but with a bill about 8.000€ from the engenire (i could kill him ), the insurens payed 66% of it.

But i still hav to work to get 212.000 € so i can buy a second aircraft. But i will get it

If you make your airline a VIP airline, you will get money a little faster. You also need to edit the payload.ini for that aircraft to make it a VIP
aircraft.

I had to do this with my new fledgeling company Air Spruce as I was making $20 to 200 per flight and at that rate one emergency that
would be costly would have sunk me. Now I fly Executive fishermen/hunters around in old airplanes at VIP "low" prices. Now I can fix my
planes if I have a failure

Basically, fly as much as you can from the same airport. Your chances to get more pax will rise slowly at this airport. Personnaly, I have
a "hub" well placed from where I'm going to other airports.

But don't think you'll get a full plane easily: even if you reach 100% reputation, it will be hard to achieve...

actually If I fly out of my hub I get %100, though my ticket prices are low, but I got 7 million for flying over the atlantic in a 757-200

hm but isn't it a bit crazy that there aren't any other passengers that wanne fly with my airlin to get it full? It has only 3 Seats!!!!!!

when i was using a 3 seater i NEVER had 3 passengers.

on level c7 now, and only just starting to get 100% pax in my planes, and thats only if i fly from Newcastle

it all depends on you ticket price $$ just like in reality to much money for a ticket then they might not take your airline and go for another
low price lot of pass

LittleMax, the thing you really need to grasp hold of is the fact that FsPax is very closely modeled to REAL airlines. Airlines don't always
have 100% passengers, and ticket prices WILL drive passengers away if they're god-awful high.

So you can either be stubborn and deal with not having a full plane, or lower your prices and stick with it. Nothing happens overnight. It
took me 8 hours to beat Zelda 3 on SNES, and that was playing hardcore...This is a flightsim...things take time.

I actually went so far as to database my flights with Excel, so that I know what plane is where and doing what at any given time. I track up
to 10 aircraft per "hub" with my initial hub being KORS in Eastsound, WA. I also have another hub at KGEG but that only has 1 aircraft
flying to Chelan Muni.

Why you ask did I go to all that trouble? Simple, my airlines aiming for at least 50 aircraft eventually and then it's going to be really hard to
remember what I have and where in the world it is.....
