Airplane for aerobic flight?

Hey guys I want advice of the best airplanes to use in Aerobic flight mode.

I've tried aerobatic flights in both the default Extra 300 and in a freeware F/A-18E - they preferred teh Extra for the stunts, while the Hornet for
the thrill.

I like the Bi-wing of the "Pitts Special".

I take the Hornet but I would like to take an Extra or a Mustang wich are easiers to control.
But I can't take an Extra or a Mustang because when I take-off, he becomes uncontrolable and goes out the runway. I don't know why.
