Flaps Error

I have A little Problem With the Flaps. Before take-off Fspassenger Requires You To have The Flaps At 5. Some Aircrafts Do not have this
Featurel. How Can I Disable The Penalty?

Who told you that FsP requires Flap 5????
And what do you mean with flap 5,.....5 degrees, the 5th position?
Anyway it is not true.
Yes of course you need your flaps when required, but not allways at "5"

That depends on the aircraft of course. Magic, you need to tell us WHICH aircraft is giving you that problem...B737? Yes, you need at least
flaps 5 to take off. C172? Put in the first notch of flaps anyway to be safe....even in real life it's not required in most situations unless taking
off in soft field or short field scenarios. You get the idea.

I Use The Learjet 45, That Aircraft Does Not Have A 5 Degree Flap. So When i take off, I Try To Use The Nearest Possible Degree Of
Flight But It Gives Me Penalty.

Have you tried your plane's first flaps position (whatever the number of degrees is) and if that still gives a penalty, its second position? So, far,
first position has always worked for my plane (a turboprop) but if it hadn't, I'd've expected the second position to work.
