About creating pilots

Hi everyone...

So my question is: if I am to own more than one aircraft (so they simultaniously earn money for me) should I hire pilots for them too?

No, you don't have to do that. If fact you can have 50 planes but only one pilot and it will be ok.

You get money from all the fleet, but the pilots created are those you control yourself.
