Used aircrafts

Hi everybody,
just a short, quick question: If I buy used aircrafts with low maintenance percentage but I don´t fly them, rather use them only as fleet
income, can they still crash??!!?? I mean accidents happen to fleet aircraft too?

some stuff to crack the nut about , but I'm 100% sure that they don't crash since that you don't fly it , let's say you fly really great but have a
crappy fleet and they keep crashing your company rating will go down. but it would be a great extra if it would be like this so you learn to
maintain the fleet.
