were are my passengers!

ok this is really something:
after take off from paris, about 15 minutes there was no passengers aboard. I have FSP (fs9), for about 2 years, I never seen this....next day I tried the same flight and....the same think! I lost all 153 passengers. I did not make any changes in FSP, but I think this was flight 52 with this
company (no right for error scenery) I think I have to reinstall, but I don't want to lose my reputation and my pilot. I'm c9 with 100% reputation
Did anybody had something like this?

Never had this happen before...ever. Did you get an error message of any sort? Has this happened on every flight?

Isn't this something to do with invalid registration? I've heard it somewhere the FSPassengers flight is cancelled after 10/15 minutes.

no is not vista...
and happened again....but this time fsacars failed too, so I reinstall the all fs9 and fsp
did a flight the other day lfpg-kjfk and everything is back to normal
I knew I have to reinstall, but because it was so strange...I just wanted to share with you guys
I think it had to do with some files that I moved maybe in fsp folder, and fsp just closed on me as a invalid registration, but the strange part
was: no pass on board )
so anyways it works now....and I'm still a C9
