SDK ????

Is there a "good " way to get the SDK for FSX without having the FSX Deluxe edition. I'm poor, I have basic.

I actually don't know?
I ahve the Deluxe CD, but as for fsx glitch'es i have reinstalled the game so often.
Now the CD don't work anymore, and now i need the sdk more then ever, for making traffic.
