How to get fleet bonus?

Hi...

Within first few days I started FsPaX I always get my fleet bonus using GA aircraft and I had 2 Cherokee and Mooney. But, in the last few days I never got any fleet bonus anymore I don't know why?.
Is it has something to do with my company sold the cherokee and only has mooney? or is it just coincidence? How does fleet bonus works? What are the requirements to get this bonus?

I'm newbie and never used FsPassengers before.
