So I am at home with a bad back right now and this was just what I needed to help me pass the time. I saw a post on flightsim.com this morning and
decided to check it out.
I did the demo and bought it, you can see my other post on that. While my machine was defragging from the install, I read the entire manual. Very
well written by the way.
I decided to bypass career and economic and just go for a long haul.
I decided to use the LVLD 767, ASV5, FSBuild with winds aloft, FDC and FSPassengers to give it a real test.
Here is my flight:
VS001 3003 nm winds 302/67
KEWR 050/9 Rain
EGLL 020/12 clear
Zero Fuel Weight 287,799
Passenger/Cargo 90,738
Total Fuel 110,000
TGW 397.8
%MAC 22% T.O. Trim 5%
Well here is your answer. This is pretty damn cool if you ask me...
The proof is in the pudding so to speak:
I had a predicted arrival of 19:40, I was wheels down at 19:28 within 12 minutes for the bonus and was at the gates at 19:40 after just over 3000
miles. Pretty happy with myself right now
