@#$% I lost my internet connection yesterday right after I lost my right engine.. Wonder if one had something to do with the other..
anyway.. It took me 30 minutes to get it back up again. But by that time some visitors came in.

-one engine sustained some damage shortly after take-off due to a bird strike.

Yesterday's flight was a nice piece of fun, Bravo to the team HB-Tracker. after emmergency landing at OESK, I choosed to take off again
for the the Djedda. Could read on the chat Tracker working to provide a "text-mode" ILS to HB

However, I was a bit disapointed by poor performances of the gunmen around Bghdad. As they only hitted my electric system and fuel
tank. I did not get the expected amount of bonus points. Then I sent them a letter to a bit.

Here is their Answer:

Dear Pégase,

We understand your desapointment but, although we won't tell that you got what you deserved, we must admit that your's and mates
behaviour did not help:
Try to imagine the work we had with all those planes taking off at the same time. Should you at least one after the other taken off from the
same runway... But instead of that, you did a complete mess taking off from rwy 33R then 15L, then 33L... do you think it is that easy to run
after you in all direction ?? fortunately ORBS is not like EHAM....

In your personnal way to do... What can we tell? You where not very helpfull. As soon as you where airborne you went into a sharp left
turn, climbing at 3000 fpm!!! You should know that it make our job very difficult. You should even feel happy and be gratefull to our clever
gunmen to succeed to bring you some bonus, hitting your fuel tanks and electric system.

Why hell did not you wait for a whole below 6000 feets to allow us to do the job you asked for??

One more occasion you loosed: You could have a nice belly landing oportunity if you had pulled up your gears when airborn as usual. But
instead of this you tried to be "smart" by letting them down. OK we know, you are totally crap in smooth landings so you did not want such
challenge but this is YOUR problem and we cannot be held accountable about your own limitations.

However, off course, we remain ready to provide you our services as often as you like. But, please, next time, in your own interest, try to
bring better cooperation

Pffft... I don't want to cope anymore with those bullies. Who can we trust today ???

Hey guys, my apologies for not finishing up on Thursday's flight. I had some real world issues to attend to, but everything is ok now. Sorry I
couldn't provide any cover fire for the approach!

Cool letter pegase!

I just compiled a whole movie of this flight. It will be my HB-100 movie #8 (skipped 7, #7 is reserved for my A380 tour, just not sure if i
ever make that move. )

If nothing goes wrong I will have that movie uploaded in 1h 30. Will be 16min, and about 100MByte I guess.

Mpfff.. this is especially true for myself. I said I wouldn't retry that leg, but it was stronger than me.
Actually I received a copy of that letter which made me change my whole strategy. I decided to leave gear and flaps down as long as possible
and climb straight up at V2+15. I didn't really expect that to work, but as soon as we were off the ground there was a sudden silence, as if
everybody had gone for a coffee break. Only at 4000 ft we were hit by the first shot, followed by another short after. But no damage except a
small fuel leak. At 8000 I retracted gear and flaps and had a smooth ride to Jeddah with just some fuel xfeeding and flaps out of order during
approach.
Seems like I still picked the wrong place but at least the right time

Yeah. and then my second engine got hit just before I landed again. But men.. did you look at those points? 4900 I don't mind
getting a disconnect everytime as long as they keep giving me such points
