For an upcoming version it would be really cool to be able to stop somewhere for fuel and then continue on to the final destination.

I tried this and it logged the flight as not landing at the scheduled airport. Bummer..

This has been discussed over and over again. What you are describing is in fact for FsP to allow you to fly multiple flights and log them
as one single flight which is not realistic!

I do it all the time. I disagree with FSP. Where I am from it would not be uncommon to charter a flight to a football game that would
require the pilot to stop for fuel. Not only that but small aircraft do not have bathrooms and most people can not handel riding to long
without getting out and stretching their legs. I always use the hardest senario where you start with like 500k. Which means starting with a
182RG, or my 206. I stop all the time for fuel all you have to do is plan for it. FSP has it set up so that you would say fly two hours and the
stop end of flight you can continue from that airport but with FSP you have to file new flight plan. What I do is plan my desents and climbs
so I know how much extra time to add for fueling and getting lunch. I start with the basic VOR route take a look at it figure where two hours
is about look for a near by airport. Now before you decide to make your stop at that airport you need to go there and " make sure
there is a fuel point there!" Then figure how long it will take for you to desend to that airport, then I usually put in 7 to 9 min extra for
taxi to and from fueling point, the refigure your climb time to get back o track. NOTICE: when you pull into fuel, do not turn off engine,
Do not pull the parking brake!!!!! just pull up and wait till tanks fill and continue.

Yes, but you are flying two flights!

You take off at one airport, land at another
Take-off at that airport and land at a third.

That is two flights and it would require two entries in your logbook if you were to fly them in real life as you have to shutdown the engines
to load fuel. That's why FsP doesn't let you do multiple legs... unless you plan for them like you do.

Once you land, that is flight over, regardless of if you put on the parking brake or not. Your flight report (landing speed, pitch, fuel used,
infact everything) is recorded once you land. Ok, yes you can take off again without restarting FsP, but your not getting any hours or
anything for this '2nd' flight
