error exporting flights

I get this message; " Error unable to find the flight in the log file. Flight ID doesn't match. Found=OU295 index =OU014"
Can I change something to fix it? And what did I do wrong in order not to make the same mistake twice?

Hello,

the "error" might be a disk error or whatewer... it remain very rare.
anyway send me your database folder by mail I'll repair it.

I started a new company awhile ago. I went back to my previous company and now I get this same error when I try to look at the flight logs. Is there
a way to fix this that doesn't waste Dan's Time?
