but i have another question... if i use time acceleration how many penalty points do i get then? and can i disable it?

Yes, you can disable it, in the file more_options.cfg change this line
DisableTimeAccelerationCheck =0 into
DisableTimeAccelerationCheck =1

You get -30% of your points, if using time accel. (If I remember correctly)
