Also, the airline's website should have a downloadable timetable.
And further, if it's AI you're looking for (or even if you're not) there's http://www.projectai.com. You can get a package with the aircraft and flightplans or just get the flightplans and fly what you see.

I think he means more like the routes that you enter into your fmc etc, not point-to-point.

It depends what type of route you are looking for. The international routes over the pond change daily because the NATS do.
