Also, the airline's website should have a downloadable timetable.

And further, if it's AI you're looking for (or even if you're not) there's http://www.projectai.com.

You can get a package with the aircraft and flightplans or just get the flightplans and fly what you see.

It depends what type of route you are looking for. The international routes over the pond change daily because the NATS do.
