Someone Explain This Relationship.....

...between Just Flight and PSS. I didn't know Just Flight is selling the PSS 777 and 757 I never bought anything directly from Just
Flight, so I had no idea they have the EXACT 777/757 that I have not been able to reinstall due to PSS closing shop. In essence, if I want
to reinstall the 777/757, I will have repurchase through Just Flight...hmmm, interesting. I had always thought Just Flight had their own
versions! Was Just Flight always in partnership(license-wise) with PSS all along??

No, their partnership is something of the last six months or so, JustFlight is a distributor whereas PSS was/is a
developer so JustFlight just bought the rights to box them up and resell them. JustFlight does do their own
developing as well though as proven with the Robinson they released recently. Other companies that have teamed
up with JustFlight are for example http://www.aeroplaneheaven.com

They only downside to Just Flight is that their prices tend to be higher than just about everyone elses...even when PSS was still in
business, Just Flight sold PSS products for a considerable mark up over what you could them for directly from PSS.

But, if anyone who lost all of their files due to system crashes,etc, what other choice do they have other than risking their pc by going
through a pirated web site?

The letter posted on the PSS website states that the son of the original owner of PSS intends to bring PSS back, along with its
software...now, how long that takes is a different matter :-/

Oh, yes...I am well aware of the letter. Hence, the crystal ball question above
